Ari was born in Havana and she feels this city as one of the main characters in her life… She went to university there and studies to be a translator and a teacher. Her passion for languages connects her with many people and cultures all over the world. Ari has a special interest in Italy and the Italian language.
As Cuba’s reality sometimes demands you to multitask, she has also found her way into tour guiding. She loves guiding because it lets her unveil the lights and shadows of her country to travelers from all over the world.
In addition to her interest in languages, Ari is also incredibly fond of art, particularly music. Ari’s favorite part of guiding is getting to share Cuban music and show guests Cuban dances and rhythms. When she is not teaching or guiding she loves to travel on her own.
